Sandra RH Crawford brings more than three decades of experience in workers’ compensation, having built her career across every side of the field. She began as an adjuster with The Hartford before moving into defense work as a hearing representative, where she managed litigated cases from start to finish, including trial appearances before Southern California WCAB boards.

While serving as a hearing representative, Ms. Crawford earned her law degree and briefly practiced as a defense attorney before shifting her focus to representing injured workers. She went on to co-found the Law Offices of Crawford & Ransom, an applicant firm she led for over 20 years. Her service also included work as a pro tem judge for the Pomona WCAB, deepening her perspective on case evaluation and resolution.

Today, Ms. Crawford has come full circle as a principal and founder of SCR LAW, APLC, a defense-focused workers’ compensation firm. Her foundation as both an adjuster and an applicant’s attorney gives her a balanced, informed approach that strengthens her ability to negotiate effectively and represent clients with diligence, efficiency, and integrity.

Ms. Crawford graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 1999.

Beyond the practice of law, Ms. Crawford is an assistant varsity girls’ basketball coach for the ESPN-ranked, state champion Etiwanda Eagles in Rancho Cucamonga (2023–2025 seasons). She also enjoys time with her family, cheering at football games, and is a proud Dallas Cowboys fan.
